ExoAir® 120 is a monolithic, elastomeric air and vapor barrier designed to seal exterior above-grade wall assemblies and mitigate air infiltration/exfiltration, vapor transmission and water penetration. ExoAir® 120 is available in spray (SP) and roller (R) grades.
